The
normal ruling for cancelling an action is that, if 60% or more activity are left for the round, the character may move 50% or melee at -40 or do a maneuver at -40. But what if the character is under the effect of a Haste spell or Adrenal Speed and has not only 60% activity left for the round before cancelling but 160% or more? Is he then still limited to the one melee attack at -40 (or the other options mentioned above)? Or could he do sth. like move 50% (like when cancelling in a normal, 100% activity round) and afterwards also attack at 100%
IMO both has its merits. Cancelling with 200% activity and then only being able to do a crippled attack at -40 seems somehow unfair. OTOH leaving the character with ~150 activity for the round could perhaps be abused.
