Don't the historical sources say that Ptolemy eventually got the body, and made the tomb in Egypt (though correct me if I am wrong); so I wouldn't expect a tomb in Macedonia?
In other ancient-Macedonian-tomb news, it looks like the body of Philip (Alex's dad) has been confirmed to be him (they always suspected, and even did a forensic reconstruction of his face, but have now even more evidence). The interesting new element is that he was apparently buried with a warrior woman beside him (here's a reddit link with discussion): http://www.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/2ixo6y/bones_in_tomb_belong_to_macedonian_king_philip_ii/
