Shadow World & Realm Works
« on: October 25, 2014, 12:04:22 AM »
Has anyone thought about or maybe working on implementing Shadow World into a Realm Works campaign file? Shadow World would be an immense project to tackle. I own Realm Works and it is a great program, the only drawback so far is it currently only supports a Gregorian calendar. They are working on implementing support for adding your own calendar.

I myself would start on this project but I have many other ICE projects I am working on right now and barely have time to do that. Maybe sometime in the future.....
So, anyone else ever thought about this?

Yes, I've thought of doing it but like you I don't have time to do the other stuff I have to get done so it is hasn't happened so far.

Having some Shadow World stuff ready when the Content Market goes live next year would probably be good, but difficult to accomplish.
I made some things! Azukail Games

Have started working on a copy in Realm Works but too much IP material included to even think about sharing it but i can see how very useful it will be when I run my next game.

That said I'm also loading in my home game version of the RMFRP ruleset for reference so no more flipping books at the table just a few clicks and up pops the rules or tables I need,  Realm works is a very powerful tool when GMing and I'd love to see an official dataset but for now lots of cut and pasting. :)
