Psi skills and light

  I was looking over the PSI skills and I did not see a way to make light, was this left out on purpose? As well as some of the more standard magical abilities in HARP Fantasy?

I seem to recall having some reservations about photokinesis at the time. What were the standard magical abilities that you are missing? I seem to recall ruling out some possibilities as being too magical to port.
