GCP to publish HARP SciFi

My first reaction was wooo hoooo!!  ;D

This is fantastic news for those of us who have waited paitently for the full product to be released - a big thank you to Nicholas and to ICE for doing this - as a big fan of the HARP / HARP SciFi line I can only say how happy I am that this great product will now see the light of day.

I look forward to see it in print (can I pre-order yet?? :) )

Sorry, I found it! GREAT news!! I'm glad that we'll FINALLY be getting these books! A big thanks to all involved in this decision!  ;D

They can put ne down for 2 of each - one HB and one SB.

We won't be taking preorders.

We will, however, be ensuring that our layout supports hardcover versions.

Good news. Preorders have proven to be not much usefull, so I don't care about those. Hardcover editions, however, will be nice, very nice indeed.

Any chance for a couple of completely black leather/cloth super-limited-edition hardbound copies? I'll happily pay a fair price for them! :) They will have a well cared for place beside the hardbound first submission transcript that I got at the charity auction via the telephone a few years back. :)

No colour interior illustrations. It would make the products financially infeasible given expected sales.

We won't be doing super-rare limited editions via the print-on-demand service. It's not set up for that sort of thing. I will happily sign copies in due course.

First of all, congratulations Nicholas for finally getting your work out!

Now I have a question about long term support for the line.  Will GCP be producing more material for the game or just the two books mentioned in the press release?
What about SysOps Guide? What about adventure modules etc?

these things are vital for a successful game in my opinion and something ICE has not always excelled at.

Yes, GCP Ltd. will be producing more material for HARP SciFi. That will include SysOp's Guide. It will include other rules supplements, setting material and adventures in due course.
