First of all, congratulations Nicholas for finally getting your work out!

Now I have a question about long term support for the line.  Will GCP be producing more material for the game or just the two books mentioned in the press release?
What about SysOps Guide? What about adventure modules etc?

Yes, GCP Ltd. will be producing more material for HARP SciFi. That will include SysOp's Guide. It will include other rules supplements, setting material and adventures in due course.

Best wishes,
Nicholas

More great news! Thank you, sir!

Nice finally we get the goodz. Just getting used to the new set up on the forums I thought HARP Sci-Fi was officially dropped. I'm glad it wasn't.

I assume that includes Xtreme, as well? (so, 3 books so far:  Core HARP SciFi, Xtreme, and the SysOp's Guide)

Any idea about publication dates?

HARP SF (the hardcore of the game)
HARP SF Xtreme
should be appearing in the next two to three months.

SysOp's Guide will be after Something Wicked and The Construct Toolkit as that one has to be written yet. I'd like to give folks a chance to really play with HARP SF before the content of SysOp's Guide becomes too set in hullmetal so that feedback can be incorporated.

We expect at least one sf product between HARP SF/HARP SF Xtreme and SysOp's Guide, possibly more as GCP opens up the wish list to third party authors and contributors.

Best wishes,
Nicholas

Will Something Wicked and Construct Toolkit also be released by GCP?

So all the announced future HARP products (except for HARP stats in ICE published adventures) seem to be in your hands... When will you start working on HARP v2, Nicholas? :)

Why?

Doesn't it make much more sense to sell Construct Toolkit and Construct Companion together?
Same goes for Something Wicked...why loose the obvious marketing advantage of selling it together with the rest of the HARP books?

Good news! That means we'll get the books before 2013!  ;D

Will they be available in print or will they be PDF only? I really hope they're print books!  :)

Construct Toolkit was always going to be a GCP product. I decided many months ago that it made sense for me to do Something Wicked as a GCP product. That's all I am prepared to say at this time on the subject.

Not yet.

All the text for the first HARP SF volume is complete, fully proofread, fully edited and in the hands of our layout guru. There's approx two dozen interior illustrations that have been completed with more to come.

Best wishes,
Nicholas

I’m all fuzzy inside when I think of the finished product... and the next product... and... the next one after that... I rarely play all these games (as I lack in time, players and genuine creativity  :'( ), but I do collect them, for the future, after the Total War and the post-apocalypse era, what shall the kids do? play rpgs! play harp sci-fi! My library will be vast and complete (I hope), in a easily found, yet well protected place, so send your descendants to Norway, in search for the treasure of Jegergryte !!!   ;D
