Pathfinder campaign played with Rolemaster
« on: April 22, 2017, 02:28:13 AM »
Has anyone tried to use the scenario of a pathfinder campaign at his Rolemaster game? I started a campaign in Middle Earth, specifically at Tharbad, using the Council of Thieves. I know that it needs lots of changes especially on the enemies I must use and, since it will not be strict to the tolkien canon, there will moderate to high use of magic. That helps me to build a more classic "rpg like" atmosphere, than a trully faithfull interpretation of middle earth.
Changing the enemie NPCs to fit to the tolkien world is quiet easy, but some extraordinary magical items I find it still difficult to incorporate in the campaign.
Has anyone tried something like this and what other problems didi you face?
Also what the is the correspondence between Pathfinder and Rolemaster PC and NPC levels?

There are a couple of posts from people who've used Rise of the Runelords:
