How will Shadow World books transition to RMU?
« on: July 31, 2014, 04:59:13 AM »
I will probably be purchasing RMU when it comes out. I am curious how the more recent Shadow World books will transition to RMU. For example, will there be updates made to them that incorporate the changes in RMU? Or will we need to wait a long while before a new version includes the updated RMU stats? Just curious. I apologize if this question is addressed elsewhere.

There will be a RMU Shadow World Handbook commissioned once RMU is stable. I will also be sending a team in to produce RMU stats for existing GCP Shadow World products.

Best wishes,

I've been worried about RMU and Shadow world. Some basic concepts will not work unless there are more Amthorian professions. Demons have always been magicians domain and undeads clerics. Now RMU team (at least Beta1) has turned that upside down.  It is not only NPC spell lists but more importantly also in storylines...Transforming huge amount of NPC  including their professions etc...

Only solution I see is to have Amthorian Mage, Cleric, etc.  in addition to Amthorian Monk.

I'm not up on RMU, but it does seem odd that Undead would be associated with Essence and not Channeling, since the Clerics are the ones who heal/raise the dead/etc.
