Training package costs

Happy new year everyone

I recently created some player character sheets, and we discovered that every profession didn't had ALL training package costs defined in the different companions books I own.
For example an Arcanist with a TP of Escort or a Barbarian with the hermit TP.

is there a book or a document I could find a complete list for crossed Professions / Training Packages costs please ?

There should also be a chart of all of the costs in the ICE Vault download section.
