Hi everyone, I'm searching for Harper's Bazaar #12 to complete the Condensed Combat Rules and use them in my campaign (i like this system the most) but... can't find anywhere.    Please help me!!!

Those rules are not available for sale anymore. 
The IP protection is still in effect.

Is there a possibility that those rules could be re-released in the future?  Or for that matter, any of the old articles from the HARPer's Bizaars?  There was some good materials in those periodicals.  I have all the Bazaars, but I, for one, would like to see the material republished so others can enjoy them too.     Just my two coppers.

I'll review with Nicholas, but anything that is re-released would need to be updated to ensure it fits with the current HARP rules, and will also need to be playtested (though I am sure we can get some volunteers for that in addition to our own playtesting).  If any of it is updated and recovered, it won't be released again in that format.  We'll take a look at it and let you know.
