Can someone please explain to me the Warlock Changeling spell list? What does it mean for the Type B and above to give lower Type Picks +5/10/15 bonuses?

There is a critical tables used for Warlock spells. The Transformation...I forget what it is called but...you roll on the proper critical column until total results equal 100% or better. Once you see the table and the critical results it will be obvious how it works.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

The Crit table is called Physical Alteration Criticals.  There is also a "chart" in Companion II which describes Changeling effects which are classified by lettered catagories (i.e. A, B, C, D & E).  A are minor changes while E are essentially non-human changes.

Hope this helps.
