I am creating a character for a new player and he wants a mage with lost of lore skills (which are important in my games). I was looking at the talents that give bonuses to specific skills and did not see one for Lore Skills.
So how about this:
Loremaster: The character gains a +10 to all lore skills. Cost 20.
I was thinking this bonus applies to both mundane and mystical lore skills. This would make it balanced with many of the other talents that give skill bonuses.
Thoughts?

I think you'd be better served making a Loremaster training package.

A training package is a good suggestion. But a talent like that can be quite useful at higher levels I guess, when ranks are providing less. I'm not up to date on the number of lore skills, but I wouldn't say that cost vs benefit it too high.

The Scholar talent already exists and does this same job.
Best wishes,
Nicholas

Ahh that is the one I couldn't find. I thought there was one but could not locate it. Thanks for the info Nicholas!

I'd mistakenly thought Scholar only applied to the Mundane Lore skills until I reread the talent description.
