Title: Racial Talents

Has anybody estimated the cost of the human special abilities of Skill Flexibility and Bonus Skill Ranks as if they were talents?  Given the costs of skill ranks in Favoured Categories, I can guess the cost of the Bonus Skill Ranks is 10 points (5 ranks * 2 points each).  However, I've no idea about Skill Flexibility.

Bonus Skill Ranks is 10 DPs, Skill Flexibility is considered worth at least 20 DPs.
