Title: Training package cost

In the manual i couldn't find a precise formula to calculate the costs for custom training package. Well, it's mentioned that I should calculate the cost of all the abilities and discount 25% of the total, plus something for stat roll and very good equipment.

The math is slightly different, but still there's no clue of the value I have to give to a stat roll. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure the stat gain rolls cost 10. Not sure of the source but that was the value used in Sheila Miguez's TP calculator and I used it in my profession designer, both a pretty long time ago.

Seems reasonable. So 10 for stat rolls + all skill cost (based on the lower cost, if the ability has for example 2/7 i take 2 even if more than one) and apply a discount of 25%. Am I correct?
