Another one:

seems to be Jeanette Roth.

Leslie & Jeanette Roth seems to have written for GREY WORLDS.

A search for "Leslie & Jeanette Roth" lead me here among others:

Don Coatar might be a nick name.
I found some links referring to Chaosium.

Chaosium Gaming Events
Cthulhu Masters Tournament
Don Coatar is spear heading this year's CMT. 24 Players will join "The Honourable Company" and brave the Northern wilds. One lucky player will win the coveted Migo Braincase Trophy.

Maybe you could contact some of the Chaosium staff? (If that company still exists, not sure. Some mail-addys and the entry from 2009 can be found here: http://www.chaosium.com/article.php?story_id=427 (GenCon 2009)

Edit: It seems the name is Donald Coatar, here's a more informational link:

Sent Nicholas two more PMs, those contain some speculation.
Might be worth a look though. :)

Hey,

I came across an RPGnet thread during a search that led me here.  I'm Matt Esget, the author of Black Ops. I'm on the list of people being sought on the freelance list.  I'd love to get in touch with ICE again - My email is esget at hotmail if you would like to have a conversation about the publishing rights.

Edit: Sorry, I meant RPGnet, instead of RPGNow.com

Mark Henneback
RMC4
Germany as of RMC4

Is it possible that his name is not Henneback but HennebaCH? An American would probably speak it as back at the end but in Germany we enjoy this rather elegant ;) 'ch' sound.
There seem to be some Mark HennebaCHs on the internet, even in the USA, so maybe looking it that direction might help.

Well, I was directed here by a message from Bernd Teichert on Facebook.  I'm the missing Mandy Merts - now Mandy Wright.

I only contributed one small spell list to RMC5, and it would be fine for this to be rereleased in PDF or print.  If you guys need anything more formal from me, I'll be happy to help you out!

Welcome ShadyLady, glad to have you back. Likely you'll get contacted by Nicholas, who handles these things.

Hi and welcome Mandy!
I hope some of my other research will help Nicholas bring back more authors. :)

It was really more a shot in the dark in your case, but I'm glad i was right.

Lem Richards is on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/lem.richards) - given common friends in Ross Henton, I assume it is him.

Are there still authors "missing"?
If yes, can we have an updated list? I think the one on page 1 isn't 100% correct anymore.

As far as I know, all the found authors are crossed off, if I missed any let me know and I'll cross them off.

Sent a PM to Nicholas regarding "Markus Kaipanen".
I might have found a rather old email adress for him...
There's a "Markus Kaipanen" on facebook (http://fi-fi.facebook.com/markus.kaipainen) and he seems to be a Swedish... No, I don't have Facebook so I'll live it to you guys to contact him.
The world was then consumed by darkness, and mankind was devoured alive and cast into hell, led by a jubilant 紗羽. She rejoiced in being able to continue serving the gods, thus perpetuating her travels across worlds to destroy them. She looked at her doll and, remembering their promises, told her: "You see, my dear, we succeeded! We've become legends! We've become villains! We've become witches!" She then laughed with a joyful, childlike laughter, just as she kept doing for all of eternity.
