Is there any summary sheet to character creation?

I did create character to SM:P today (and I am going to do characters to RMFRP within a week or so). I noticed that summary sheet would be handy in character creation. Is there any available, or should I creat my own?

 I had a 9 page PC sheet but thought about making a semi unique skill sheet for each PC but never got around to it.
