Developing Size "Talents" for custom PC Races

Hello everyone,

I am recently rediscovering HARP and I was wondering if any of you have any advice for making a PC races. In particular those of differing sizes.

My initial idea is to have the monster sizes from the 'Monsters: A Field Guide' be made into Racial Talents. Each will have its own set of advantages and disadvantages along with an associated dev point value.

My problem is not knowing the mechanics of HARP well enough to feel like I can properly judge what would be appropriate point values and abilities that would be associated with these sizes. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

The sizes are handled using talents with different degrees of impact (giantism or shrink)
The sizes larger than medium are costed at 10, 20 or 40 for Minor, Major, Greater - yielding Large, Huge, Gigantic
The sizes smaller than medium are costed at 10, 20, or 40 for Minor, Major, Greater - yielding Small, Tiny, Miniscule
With size changes come impacts to ST, QU, Stalking and Endurance.
ST and Endurance benefit from larger size, but QU and Stalking are penalized and for smaller sizes the reverse impact is realized.

As I understand it Folkwise is going to cover this in much more detail.  I'm looking forward to it almost as much as I'm looking forward to Bestiary.

I can't give out all of it - but for one step away from Medium which should cover most races....
The ST and QU behave similarly but opposite.  Whichever is benefitting gets a +5 and the other gets a -1.
Stalking is either + or - 5
Endurance is either multiplied by 150% or 75%.
