The earth elementalist in the list "Earth Mastery" have earth skin, stone skin and metal skin, these spells are compatible with a player that have armor?

Are you referring to the spell list from Express Additions #10? (there are so many old RM products that might have similar spell list names or spells on them, that specifying which one you are talking about is pretty essential, especially when posting in the general RM forum, since that won't narrow down which version of RM to look in).

If you are referring to the list I mentioned, then yes, those spell are compatible with a character who is wearing armor. Refer to the Layering Armor rules in Express Additions #12 (just released yesterday) for an official ruling on how to have them interact.

You can have only one AT at a time, iirc, the rule is that the highest AT takes precedence (for ex. somewhere wearing AT 8, getting a spell giving him AT 16, would effectively have AT 16).
