Bit of a pedantic question, but isn't this actually the third edition? It says that it's the second, but so does 2006 version.

I think the one I did in 2006 (released in PDF only) was called a 'Second Edition' but was mostly a reformat from the scanned hardcopy with a little more info. This one has more info and IMO is more of a true new edition
