ACUTE HEARING TALENT

I have a doubt about "Acute hearing" talent, which says "allow you to perceive ANY sounds in open areas (...) You receive +10 to your Awareness categories when dealing with these sounds."
The question is if the character listens to ALL kinds of noises, even those barely noticeable, the bonus of +10 seems scarce.

Really it should read more like: Acute hearing that grants a +10 modifier to all awareness rolls involving hearing. The wording is weird and doesn't need to be.
Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Scratch that. Power attracts the corruptible.

Rules should not replace the brain and thinking.

If there is a clearly stated game mechanic (e.g. +10 Awareness), that should trump color text.
System and Line Editor for Rolemaster
